1. Are you licensed and/or insured?
a. Yes! Proof of license and insurance can be provided upon request.
2. Do you put pressure on the siding?
a. No! We use a soft wash method instead of pressure.
3. Will you bring your own water?
a. We will require access to our client’s water source for the entirety of the project.
4. Do we have to move our outdoor furniture?
a. Yes! Any outdoor furniture and/or decor will need to be moved at least 10 feet away from the area to be cleaned. This allows us to have room to work and ensures your items will be protected. Any items that are in the way may be subject to an upcharge from Dr. Clean.
5. Do we have to be home during the time of service?
a. While we love interacting with our customers face-to-face, you do not have to be home during the time of service. We do ask that any gates are unlocked and that we have access to water source and all areas that need to be cleaned.
